Brooker Pressed Metal is one of Australia’s most equipped metal stamping and press operations. For the past 35 years we have been servicing the mining, civil, rail, building and construction sectors producing pressed and formed bright and galvanised steel plates up to 20mm, and decoiling capabilities from 1.5mm to 12mm thick.
Our large manufacturing facility is rigorously quality controlled and boasts an impressive fleet of automated and semi automated press machines ranging from 20 tonnes to 400 tonnes and 30 tonne overhead crane gantries, enabling Brooker Pressed Metal the capability to produce high volume steel process for strata projects and beyond.
Our highly experienced team also operates a state of the art tool room facility which supports press production using mills, machine centre equipment, EDM’s, lathes, grinders, band saws and gear head drilling. We can offer our clients in-house tool room services, new tooling designs and manufacturing, maintenance of existing tooling and an extensive 800+ in stock tooling catalogue.
